This role develops relationships with students, leaders, parents, and the church as a family and the surrounding community, recruits, trains, mentors, and appreciates volunteer leaders, and grows the Student Ministries through teaching the gospel, outreach events, and helping outsiders connect with our church. Project was challenging in that the solution was not quite fit for purpose. We managed to go live, but the users rejected the solution after about 1 year.
